If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and you will be charged the 40% late cancellation fee. Please reach out to us if your are running late and we will try to accommodate you. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment online or send us a text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are unable to make it. Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be automatically charged 40% of the total service fee. You will not be able to make another appointment until the late cancellation fee is paid. No shows will also be charged 40% of the total service fee. If you have been a no show previously, a 50% deposit will be required before your appointment is accepted. I have the right to decline any appointments if you do not pay the deposit fee, or have previously been a no show.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no shows, will be charged 35% of the service fee. If a deposit is paid, deposits are non-refundable, and only one time transferable. Late cancellations (cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time) or no shows will forfeit their deposit fee, and will be required to pay another deposit fee in order to book a new appointment.
